Got my Moderna Booster

Got my Moderna Booster this week.

Last time I was vaccinated was Feb 11 2021 (Moderna twice)

I got COVID on July 22

Have had both Covid and Long Covid ever since.

So how did that booster go? you ask.

I feel mighty MEH all week...nauseous...mild stomach ache...low energy...headaches.

I am unsurprised.

Let's hope it passes soon.

I want to get ahead of Omicron like everyone else however so yes I wanted that booster.

In the wake of COVID-19, the medical community has begun to acknowledge a subgroup of patients presenting with "long hauler" or persistent symptoms after an initial COVID-19 infection. The team at Mount Sinai Health System first identified this novel symptom presentation, and named it Post Acute COVID-19 Syndrome or "PACS". To address the needs of individuals experiencing PACS, the Department of Rehabilitation and Human Performance, along with Mount Sinai’s Center for Post-COVID Care, has developed a novel rehabilitation program.
